Doorless shower

I really like the idea of a doorless shower. How high are the walls and is there an issue with water leaking out? Do you need a rain shower to do this. Please explain any must have's to pull off a doorless shower. I don't see any , is any needed? Thanks so much.

The walls, designed as 8'-0" height actually ended up getting built at 7'-6" height. The ceiling is 10' height. The shower itself is about 5' x 7'. Assuming the heads are located correctly, water leaving the space is not an issue. A rain shower is not required at all. This particular shower happens to have both a wall head and a rain shower head, just as a personal preference.

How were the 7'-6" shower walls constructed? Concrete blocks? I'd like to do something similar with no columns going to the ceiling. I'm worried about the integrity of the walls....
