Need advice for sliding door window treatment that's not ugly!

I have a sliding glass door that's on a very tight wall of windows. Currently there is a vertical cellular shade curtain that's not only hideous but it's broken. I don't care to put another cellular curtain up and vertical blinds are totally out of the question. The only other option I can think of is those sliding panels or a curtain. My husband isn't into the sliding panels so I was hoping to somehow make a tie back curtain work here. I see 2 problems with doing that. First the other windows have cellular shades which I do like, I feel like if I put a curtain on the sliding door that it will stand out too much since those other windows have no curtains. The second issue is that white frame around the sliding door strikes me as very heavy and stand out quite a lot. Maybe it's standing out to me because there isn't any furniture or decor in the room. I just don't know how to make a curtain work without making the other windows look odd. Any thoughts or suggestions? Is there a window treatment option that I haven't thought of?? Thank you!!!!
