Hi there - we are taking possession of our cottage in a few weeks. I have always loved the white washed pine look, now I'm not so sure as the task would be quite daunting in our main room. I will be renovating the kitchen (yeah!) and I wonder if grey/blue cabinets would work well with the pine as it is? It is a large open room. All furniture will be replaced. Also thinking of a charcoal grey sofa in front of large windows with colourful pillows.... Can't seem to find pine and grey combinations. Any advice you would be willing to give... would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
