I vote for separate window treatments.

Images attached! I was thinking a long road with curtains but I'm not sure yet.

A long rod and curtains for the window ( I would treat it as one single window), and for the door I would use blinds if you really want or need it covered. I personally don't use curtains or blinds myself because our house is private. But if you need privacy then I would dress them as two spaces.

I meant to say vertical blinds for the doors.
