How big are the Wagon wheels?

I want this look and found wheels that are 31". is that large enough to accomplish the look?

I love this idea of using wooden wagon wheels as a sort of gate around your flower garden. This looks so cute and really gives the garden a very rustic feel. These were made of wood, sealed, and with a metal band inside to help stabilize the shape of the wood.
