My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The furniture is from Restoration Hardware. It's the Montecito Collection. It is currently on sale.

    Hello, perhaps I can help. I bought this line from RH a few years ago and absolutely love it. They keep telling me its discontinued but it still appears on their website. I would wait for one of the many sales on this furniture. Good luck
