Currently doing a 1000sq ft kitchen, dining and living area! The customs is upset because it is not finished in 4 weeks! The work crew is the owner, cabnet guy, tile guy and helper. The following is what we are doing:
Complete gutting(carpets flooring all cabnets old light fixtures)

Custom knotty wood over sized cabnets built with self closing drawers, new hardware,
8 installed can lights and removal of 2 old fixtures and Sheetrock patching!
Cathedral ceilings painted
Paneling skimmed and textured and painted
6 doors and casings
Paint mantel
100 ft crown
100 ft 1/4 round
100 ft tall base boards
Cut down kitchen counter to be one level
Add 4-6 new switches
Move switches higher (patch drywall)
Install sink
Install faucet
Remove and install fan
Install dishwasher
Install cook top/oven
Install microwave
A few things I have forgotten but close ENUFF. Please help! Customer is upset because it's been 4 weeks. How far should we be?
