My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Entry Ceiling

How high is the foyer ceiling and are those just wood beams crisscrossed in the center? It is hard to see exactly what it looks like from this picture.....but it looks interesting!

    The ceiling height is 10' in the main part of ceiling and 11' in the raised area. It is wood beams over painted bead board

    It looks awesome.....is this a model home? I was over in Cincinnati this past weekend looking at model homes with our friends who live there.....are you building in the new Homearama area?

    Thanks. It is a cool detail. It is not a model this house was built for Lifestyle homarama in 2005. We are not building in this years homarama neighborhood We are planning on building in 2015 Homarama. We also have a new development we are working on in mason.
