What is the best tubular T10 replacement for incandescent reading lamp

I want a warm 2700 Kelvin. Its replacing a 60 watt incandescent. Could go for LED equivalent of 40 watts. I'm having a hard time finding good options. So many LED bulbs are different with the same specs. Also open to CFL, but feel LED has better lighting quality.
