My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How does this logistically work if that is water going into spa?

I love this idea I just don't see how the spa would stay hot? LOVE it!

    Great. Our design intent was successful. What we did was separate the spa water from the pool water. The spa and runnel are part of their own system and do not mix with the pool water to maintain the temperature. The water is separate up near the top of the runnel but the illusion of spilling into the spa is maintained. Thanks.
