In the re-design, we opened up the space by removing the water-closet, shifting the shower, and eliminating a built-in closet. This allowed us to include a beautiful glass shower enclosure, along with a partition to still give the toilet some privacy. A floating vanity helps keep the space open and the armoire added some storage. The use of the pebble tile, the faux wood plank tile, and the woven window shades bring natural elements into the space. This contrasts the dark cabinetry and clean lines, balancing the design and creating visual interest. The fireplace is glass on both sides, so it can be enjoyed from the Master Bedroom as well. A quartz stacked stone cover the exterior wall continuing the use of natural materials. Overall we were able to create a space tranquility with the use of modern lines, interesting materials, and warm tones.
