try tapping the photos. The app works on all iPads - what problem are you having?

Tapping does not work. The houzz app closes as soon as I open it . I have asked for help and tried all ideas houzz has offered. My iPad 5 has the most recent update and houzz app also. I've uninstalled the app,restarted my ipad , reinstalled houzz,no help. As I said I have done everything suggested. Last I heard "help" said NO others are having this problem. But as I've looked for help ,I have seen a few people with same problem. They are using the web site and many are having the same problem with the green tags........go figure. Thank in advance. Please try opening Safari and type the following in the address bar and hit return:
houzz://reset

This should launch the app with a dialog asking if you want to reset the app state, tap yes. This will take a few seconds and the app will quite when done. Relaunch the app and see if the issue was resolved

I have tried this before. I still get the message" Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid. Any ideas ? Linda
