Frame color.

I want to get 20 frames for my instagram photos. Ikea and tiny mighty frames sells cheap frames that are square and around 10 each. Question is-do I get matted or not, and black or white. My table is dark grey and I have 3 other black frames in the room. I'm leaning towards white, but I don't want it to look weird in the room. Would white be ok? White with white matt?
