My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Paint colors

I paired the color Barren Plain with Kendal Charcoal and the color Barren Plain has tint of purple, I wasn't looking for that. What color should I go with? I painted the ceiling inset the Kendal Charcoal and walls the Barren Plain, trim is white, I don't want the purple tint. Thank you

    I had the same problem with the purple tint. Bought the paint from Home Depot. Just so happens that they have two Barren Plain in their system.... After a lot of going back and forth they figured out the correct formula. I have attached a picture of the formula. Best of luck.

    Hi Sanjisab... any chance u can send a better picture of the color formula or write out the numbers. I picked up a sample of this paint at Home Depot and was bummed out to see that it didnt match the Barren Plain on Houzz. Thanks ahead of time!

    aloha, i was able to find the barren plain by benjamin more at our local city mill store. i took the sample card to home depot, they scanned the barcode on the card and matched the paint scheme exactly. the color looks amazing.
