We're counter top shopping for our new, white kitchen (with Stainless appliances). I love the look of Vermont White or Crystal White Quartzite but am afraid our family of 5 will stain it (3 young, messy kids)! The other option in natural stone we considered was Colonial White Granite, but to me it's not as pretty as the White Quartzites. Is a white Quartzite high
maintenance and fairly unforgiving? Please advise!!! I've attached a sample of the Colonial White granite--the concern is the purple speckles!
