My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    There is not any stain on the beams. They are so beautiful that we just put a clear sealer on them. Thanks for your question!

    We are installing similar reclaimed beams in our home. Did you use polyurethane to seal them? Spray or painted on? Water-based? Curious about the best way to protect without altering the existing color (and if it is necessary). THANKS for any thoughts!!! :)
