My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This valance was custom made for a showcase house I did in Laguna Beach, CA. I still have the valance and it is available.

    I recently had my kitchen remodeled. I love this fabric for the valance. Is it possible to get a sample of it? I am including a picture of the window I want to do something similar to. The valance would probably need to be fitted inside the window due to no room on the outside. Can this be accomplished?

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Sorry for the delay in answering- the fabric is from Kravet (www.kravet.com for sample). Yes, I would recommend inside mount.
