My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Sorry for the delay. Had to look up the colors. Here they are:
    Hardy plank & wood – 1523 Embassy Green, Flat (looks beige)

    Trim – Atrium White, Semi-gloss (soft)

    Shutters – Essex Green, semi gloss

    Metal Roofs – 2120-30, Wicking (witching) hour, semi-gloss

    Under porch, portico, back porch on ceiling - HC-146, Wedgewood grey, semi-gloss
