    Hi, this home would be in the ball park of $180-$200 per SQFT to build. Since this house is located in Vancouver's Westside, it would generally be worth over $2,000,000.

    You could purchase the same lot in a great area in Main Street area in Vancouver for around $1,000,000 and build for around $600,000. This house is on a 33 x 122 lot and would be around 2700 square feet on 3 levels.

    Hi johnathomas, we did not build a laneway for this home, but there is a garage. Garages are standard for all homes we build.
