A local mid-century modern furniture store has something my wife is DYING to get, but the owners are unwilling to sell. (Strange, I know) Therefore I'm hoping this crowd can help me track down an alternate source.

The item is question is a art deco/mid-century style deer sculpture. I'm not sure the material, but I think they are heavy plastic, but I may be wrong. The attached pictures show (poorly, I know - I'll update when I can get some better ones) the deer in question. It's in a standing position, and about 5 feet tall. It would stand on the floor.

I'm not looking for this one exactly (although this one exactly would be fantastic), but instead something in this vein.

The store staff didn't have much info on it, other than that they pulled it out of an old 1950s era department store that had been run down and forgotten.

Anyone have any idea where to source such a thing? Or heck, even what search term to use in google? My efforts have come up completely dry thus far!
