In the process of purchasing our "dream" home! Bungalow style home in Andover, 1200 +/- square feet that needs a complete gut. The bones of the home, and the outside character are great, interior wise - it needs help.

I am looking for an architect that specializes in small homes preferably working with bungalows, capes & ranches. We're looking for an open concept layout that maximizes the square footage with the only addition being a possible second bathroom on the second floor.

If you can recommend a firm, or are a firm specializing in smaller home styles - please send info! Any examples would be great too.
