My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is there a microwave and what's on the other side of the island besides the sink?

    No, I find that there is much less demand for microwaves. The opposite side of the island has a pull out trash can and 24" dishwasher. The other side of the island has 12" deep cabinets as well as the sides.

    I'd say only 50 percent of my clients want a microwave and if they want one I always do a drawer /undercounter unit

    I put my microwave in my basement 4 months ago, just to see if I could "live" without it. I wash a few more pans, but don't miss it.
