My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

So what do you use for the retractable TV

I have seen this concept at Magnolia in San Ramon, but I am interested if you guys use the same. What is the approximate price of this set up

    So featured here is the Vutec ArtScreen. They offer an impressive library of fine art canvases and you are able to chose any frame, stock artwork or customized with any personal artwork you already have. The Motorized Artwork System that automatically reveals the TV when in use can run anywhere from $4,000-6,000 including labor depending on your frame choice and choice of artwork or custom reproduction of artwork
