kitchen pulls

I have flat panel lower drawer cabinets in my kitchen. Size is 34 inches wide, two are 30 inches, two 24 inches and 36 inch sink cabinet with two doors. I bought large pulls, around 14 inches long. Are all pulls put in the middle of drawers or placed slightly above the middle, around a third down from the top of the drawer?

Without no pics i suggest placing pulls in middle of drawers. Something tells me though per your description i'm not fully understanding (seeing) the big picture

Unfortunately, my kitchen is gutted- no cabinets. I am told that I must tell them where to put pulls so they can drill holes when they install next week.

On flat panel drawers I would recommend placing them in the center.
