Anything other than the current white would be ideal.

I like dark black, dark brown, red or a very dark maroon.

Doors are easy to repaint in less than a day. I say pick a bold color that speaks to you, and go with it! You can always repaint in brown, black, or another neutral if you hate it. ;)

You don't have a lot of color going on in terms of landscaping or other elements, so my suggestion for curb appeal is COLOR. :)

Some ideas: SW Loyal Blue, SW Forsythia, SW Energetic Orange, SW Radish

And SW Maxi Teal

If possible, you need to tackle the front yard too, for maximum curb appeal :-)

Red would look very nice. This is what your home would look like with a red front door. You'll have to post what it looks after you've painted it.

I would do gloss black, including the sidelights and then put large red pots at the entrance. I think large vertically placed house numbers under the porch light would look good too;)

A dark mahogany-stained wooden door would be beautiful with your exterior color, but since you are painting the door, here are similar concepts.

I would suggest sticking with a colour that is soft, since the colour of your house is such a warm colour. I would suggest looking into a family of colours like in the above comment by carolins (the dark grey & warm purple).

Red!

Would look best if you painted the door jam and sidelights bright white to set off the actual door color. Would make the door stand out and look very inviting.

Try leaving the trim and the side lights white, paint only the door. This may help the fact you can not paint garage doors .With this thought paint the door only one of the colors you will find in the stone that is on your home. Hope this works out, Lynn

Carolins' teal is perfect! You have a huge lawn in front, and the teal is just bold enough to add a pop yet soft enough for the gray. Now, if it were my house, I'd do the orange just 'cause.

I was wearing my teal boiler suit when I was painting the door that colour. And my red, orange, yellow... for the other doors. No one will ever know what a sloppy painter I am :-)

Any color to pop your front door excluding blacks and grays.......

Leave sidelights white.
