My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I'm afraid I don't know off the top of my head. This chair is one I saw at High Point and manufacturers do not tell you where their fabrics came from. However, I am very good at locating the source of fabrics. If you are willing to pay for a little of my time, I am sure I can track this fabric down for you. Might take a couple hours of digging and reaching out to my contacts.
