We will be installing hickory cabinets, and Golden Marsarello formica countertops, with western red cedar horizontal siding on the walls. There are very dark beams on the ceiling and we will be installing white wash pine in between the beams to keep the ceiling light. I am looking for a flooring that is very durable. The looselay vinyl floor planks with a 25 year warranty interests me. I am not sure which one to choose. I would like a bit more rustic look, so I wouldn't choose a clear maple as an example, or the look of a typical oak floor with small planks. I am concerned about whatever I pick will look good with everything else! We are also installing a fireplace with split face river rock. I want it to all look great together!
