Why such a low height of 22.75"?!

What am I missing here, all Centra cabinets are 22.75#?
Are there legs come with it, or something else?

    This unit is a wall mounted vanity, therefore the cabinet is shorter than your normal vanity which sits on the floor. The height of 22.75" refers to the height of the actual vanity cabinet, not the height from the floor. You can mount the vanity at whatever height you choose.
