depending on the spacing around the openings, you could use a barn door style sliding door. There are several variations, you can even have 3 or more panels so a 10' wall could be divided into four 2.5' wide panels. We have several hardware styles on our website: http://www.postframeaccessories.com.

Currently, our website does not have the proper brackets for the four panel option I mentioned, but we can work with you to get what you need for it. Otherwise, you could do two 5' wide panels with the hardware options on our website. Our hardware can support up to 600 lb door panels depending on the hardware, so the larger opening wouldn't be a problem for the door weight.
