Viking Pro or Sub Zero build-in 36" refrigerator?

I have a full Viking Pro kitchen. The refrigerator is a build-in 36 inch bottom freezer (9.5 years old). We all know Viking had problems with their refrigerators around that time, and mine had to be repaired a few months ago. I don’t believe it will last, and have been shopping around for a new one.
I can replace it with another Viking Pro, or should I go with Sub Zero? The prices of the two are very similar.
Any good/bad experience with either refrigerator?

I purchased a sub zero refrigerator 14 years ago AND ITS STILL RUNS PERFECT LOTS OF ROOM AND THE FRESHNESS OF THE FOOD IS AMAZING BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YOU I THROW AWAY FOOD BEFORE IT EVER GOES BAD ITS WONDERFUL WILL NEVER BUY ANY OTHER REFRIGERATOR I HAVE OTHER APPLIANCES THAT ARE THERMATDOR AND VIKING AND BOTH HAD TO BE REPAIRED AND REPLACED HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL

@donnaquaranta. Thank you for your comment. I also heard a lot good things about sub zero. A designer suggested to stay with Viking Pro to keep the look consistent. Although I very much like the idea and also like the look of the Viking Pro, I want to make sure the refrigerator would last when spending $9500 on a new one.

Subzero, no question about it. Don't think twice. Not sure about the comment on the same "look". They basically look the same from the outside. Regardless, you want to go with the subzero. Don't make the same mistake twice.
