We need to stop cutting down healthy trees. That said, please show us some other angles of the property.
There are many sites to look at that will give you insight as to which plants, shrubs & trees will attract butterflies in your area.
We just had the privilege of walking through the live butterfly exhibit at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, DC the other day. Your local and state county agents can help or you can research with garden catalogues. It is possible to attract birds, bees & butterflies in the most unlikely places if you are in the know.
