Hi, Lori. when you can, a few more photos showing the corners, and a view of the room from the entrance space would help Houzzers. You appear to be going w a monochromatic palette, but after reading your other post, I am unsure whether that is by design or not - can you verify?
If the sectional and TV can be reversed, it could give you a better sense of entry, allowing for a console behind to serve at the entrance.( can the parts of the sectional be rearranged?) Reversed or no, pulling in a larger armchair to form a conversational area and adding cushions to break up the dark leather will make things more inviting.
You can also use a larger area rug, and a movable option for your coffee table.
