I like this dark gray open table with the heavier look the bed skirt gives. The nailhead trim and these wall sconces seem like a good pairing.

I don't know if a mirrored bureau would interest you, but it would add some light and life to the room.

Thanks Judy. I love the idea, however maybe looking for a little more of a masculine alternative. The color of my walls is Behr's Egyptian Nile Green as seen in the pictures. It almost has a golden tint to it from the lighting in the room. If I were to choose wooden furnishings, what stain/wood color would be most appropriate given the gray bed color and the aforementioned wall color?

How about something from Restoration Hardware? This picture from the site might be an inspiration with the gray bed. I like the gray stain rather than a brown stain.
