It really comes down to the amount of space you have available. At 66" in dia. this table is larger than what you would normally consider a breakfast table. It will seat 8. The base, however, is only 29" in dia. at the widest point. You could easily replace the glass with a smaller piece such as 52" or even 48" and you would still have room for legs.
