My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Den or small living room?

Hi there I am trying to figure out how to use this space. It is at front of house right off entry. Previous owners used for formal dining - don't need this though. It has a double fireplace where back is living room. French doors. Thx!

    My similar space off the entry is set up with a small sofa, two armchairs, and tables and lamps....a small living room perfect for two, three, or four people, cocktails, and conversation. Wish it also had a cozy fireplace like yours!
