My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Laura, it's a Lladro lamp from a few years back, only available to the trade, I think - and also kind of comically expensive. I can't find a really reliable price now, but if I remember correctly (it's been a few years since I posted this), it's well over $100K. Which is why I included it in the DIY ideabook - if you had the time and patience, you really could make it. For a lot less than retail value!

    Laura, try Uttermost Lighting. They have great fixtures with a similar style, but not a similar price (Around $300.00 to $700.00).
    I have used several of this style in a home Transformation that I am in the process of completing.I feel that they are a Budget Friendly High Impact Design Product.
