used the tumbled version, which enhances the traditional ambience of this kitchen.

We have the Sienna Gold backsplash installed, but the grout appears gray-ish. I liked the one above. What grout is used? and do you have any suggestion to fix the color of my grout?

Dear nbeehere, I don't know of course what grout color was used on your backsplash, but this is one of the important details that as a professional kitchen and bath designer I decide on every project.
The color of the grout on this photo is Cornsilk from Tech and it was selected because it works the best.
It's time consuming, but possible to remove your gray-ish grout and regrout your backsplash with the right color. You'll need to make sure if the color above works in your kitchen and if not, to find the right one. I'm not aware of any method that can change the color of your gray-ish grout to another, better one
You may want to consult a professional kitchen designer in your area for help with this problem.

There is a grout colorant that we've used and it works well! Aquamix is a water-based epoxy that seals and recolors any grout. It comes in 24 colors, and is a great alternative to the tedious and time-consuming job of re-grouting...especially if the only issue is the color.
