Those Ceiling tiles are sold at Proceilingtiles.com and are named the Stratford Sand 2x2 with Sand grid tape to get the grid to match

The rep at Proceilingtiles.com told me these tiles are NOT Armstrong or uDecor, they are Ceilume tiles.
