How to determine pull handle size for a 36" Wall Cabinet

Hi Kristin.
What a beautiful kitchen. I am renovating my kitchen, I put in Slab Wall Cabinets 36"..... I am having a difficult time deciding on the size and placement of the pull handles.
Also I attached 36" wall cabinets to a half wall that divides the kitchen & dining room. We used molding in the bottom to have the 36" in wall cabinets come up to the height of the half wall. Granite counter top for Island. No seating.... Would you suggest horizontal pulls on those? HELP PLEASE
