Rather than having just a "Like" button, would Houzz consider two buttons: Agree, Disagree? There are times that I don't want to go into a long explanation but it would be nice to have a disagree button to voice dissent. I also think many people don't perhaps know exactly how to word their opinions and just watch rather than express themselves on the post. Using a disagree button would also give posters a count on how many people are feeling the same or differently from another's comment without a lengthy thread to wade through. I think this would be a nice addition to your already great site.
