Help-Ugly exterior door with sidelights

We will be replacing our siding and some windows. Our door was custom made by previous owner and will cost a fortune to have a new custom door/sidelight made. Any suggestions on what can be done. A standard size door w/ sidelights are smaller than what we have.
Also any suggestions for new light fixtures would be appreciated.

It looks to be of good quality. Could you have it reworked? Perhaps the center upper panel of the door could be removed and glass installed. The sidelight glass could be replaced too.
Simple mullions might look better.

Nice door. Just repaint it. I think the white/yellow color would be better . Also you can add Stained Glass

Thanks for the suggestions! Where would I go to get the mullions or stained glass? I don't think the big box stores sell that kind of thing.

I agree with decoenthusiast. While the door may be good quality, it is terribly dated. Adding stained glass probably will further date this door more. Find a really good quality glass shop and carpenter and get them to tackle this! It shouldn't be impossible. :)

I would see if the center top of door could be replaced with one big piece of glass and do away with the glass in the sidelights. Then be sure to paint entire area one color. Would also loose the screen door. Don't think you need it. Area is well protected.
