What did you do for lighting this kitchen?

Hi Linda! What did you do in regards to lighting this kitchen? I noticed there are no pendants. Is it all just pots?

All the lighting is can lighting.

Is there a reason that you didn't drop 3 decorative pendants above the island? Was it an aesthetic decision or a electrical concern?

I chose not to use pendants because I have a chandelier in the adjacent family room and prefer not to have competing light fixtures.
