My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The fireplace is painted dark grey/blue. Considering this, would you go with the orange rug and drapes or the blue rug and drapes?

    Catz, can we try a couple changes? I'd like to see what it would look like with more blue pillows, less orange on the sofa and a different ottoman.... Maybe a coffee table instead, round or rectangle. I'm just not diggin the ottoman...don't know why?.... Things I love ...sofa, chair, rug, lamps, art, side tables, accessories! I'm on the fence about the windows. I may start without the treatments and see how it goes.
