Prime, paint for $50, install new medicine cabinet and light for $150, replace towel holder $10, replace shower curtain $30, replace bath rugs $30, over-shower shampoo holder $15. Remove curtains and replace miniblinds $20. A curved shower rod is wonderful, add $30.

Adding a GFCI outlet where there is currently no outlet could run $150 by a licensed electrician. Replacing the countertop and faucet might run $200 and up, but if you do that, consider replacing the whole vanity instead. Consider one with drawers for much better storage than plain double doors. One drawer per family member is good.

Add in a check in a red and off white. Then find a paper that says French country in those colors.
