My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It was custom designed by us and built by a carpenter. It has a trundle bed below and L shaped storage on both sides.

    That is so awesome. Thank you. It is just what I am looking for. Did you worry about your son/daughter hitting his/her head on the headboard though? My son likes to lift his head and then plop his head down when he is tired.
