Try allposters.com for oversized prints. They aren't 10' X 10', but they do have some decent sized stuff. Be sure and upgrade the paper.

You have a few options, the first is you could produce your own art and go to a printing company and ask them to print it for you. The second thing you can do is mount multiple smaller art pieces on the wall to create a giant wall of art. The next is maybe hanging a large vintage tapestry?
