My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

First of all, the renovations are stunning! My gosh--what an improvement! I love the look of this outdoor furniture. Can you tell me who makes it? It looks comfortable--have you sat on it?

    thanks so much for your compliments! as happy as I was with the change, what matters is the client was thrilled. the link for the outdoor furniture is below; and yes, I have sat on it. It is low slung ( shorter seating height ) but I find it comfortable and stylish. hope that helps.

    Yes, that is what matters! Thank you for providing the link. What's funny is that I just bought a Restoration Hardware sectional and 2 chairs (the Provence collection) for my pavilion that is being constructed. I am looking for furniture that will be in an open area (not covered) and will dry easily. Thank you for sharing your opinion on the comfort question.
