Do you both use those sinks at the same time? You don't need to keep both!

Without any renovation your bath won't look bad once you remove all the clutter. A tidy room is the number one way to get a new and improved look.

This is a fine layout... Just outdated and needing some tlc. A few things catch my eye:

I wouldn't redo the wall to wall mirror... Two individual mirrors at the sinks will greatly improve the look while leaving a nice spot for art.

Your new cabinets should be taller than these. Most of my clients are doing 32-36" tall cabinets. It is soooo much more convenient and can get you more storage.

You should consider starting over with all the finishes, including the floor. If you can, I would update it ALL!

You can have a hamper built into a cabinet when you replace these cabinets. Yay.

Try cabinets with as many drawers as possible. Medicine cabinets with storage are good, too.
