Photos of cabinets, floors, lighting furniture, wall colour, back splash etc. would really help.

Pink and gray are a great combination. Depending on the cabinet and floor colors, I would consider a light to medium gray backsplash--something simple in all one color.

You can use subway tile as your backsplash to bring out the white. Also a patterned brick or stone type backsplash can help to pull the granite and kitchen together.

Daltile has a fun glass tile called Soiree..the barbados color would work well

Light grey subway tile - keep it simple, because your granite already has lots of movement.

I have that same counter tops and it's my backsplash as well. It came with the house and I don't like it; there's not an option to change it. The Cabinets are beautiful dark cherry and furniture is navy blue.
I keep trying to find a paint color other than grey, brown, or white because I like a lot color. Everything I like brings out the pink more. I tried different green too neutralize the pink but that clashes with the furniture. I prefer cool tones over warm.

If you like stainless steel, it comes in various sizes and shapes, or a white subway tile might be complimentary as well. For added interest with a white subway, they come with a rough edge and have a bit of crackle in them.
