In a remodel of a small 80 year old house, we're adding a powder room to the main floor. The main floor is about 1000 sq. ft. and has zero private areas to tuck in a powder room. The best we can come up with is putting it off the media room (converted from a closet in a former bedroom). Looking for ways to minimize the public entrance to the powder room.
